Please note that if we send out a parcel and it is rejected by your country, the parcel will likely end up coming back to us. The buyer will be responsible for releasing the item and having it sent out again.

International shipments are priced by weight, and we use the fees set out by Australia Post.

We don't charge extra on shipping, and our website platform uses active exchange rates so you get the most accurate shipping rate.

If you order a lot of items at a time, it's possible we have to send them in 2 or more separate shipments to stay under the weight thresholds set by Australia Post.

Because we don't operate in your country (as we are based in Australia) we are not liable for any customs, duty, or local taxes that you may be charged.

At Peak Moto we try to cater to as wide of a variety of riders as possible.

It's difficult to keep an extensive size range actively in stock.

Our sizes often go from XXS to 5XL, in multiple colours, and in varying lengths (for pants).

So we keep the most common styles in stock, and can order them in ad hoc if we don't have your size ready.

If we have all the products you're after, we can fulfil your order within 24 hours.

If we need to order it in, it may take about a week to fulfil your order as we are ordering from the UK and various parts of Australia.

Yes, we offer free tracking on all our orders at no extra cost.

We'll correspond with Australia Post on your behalf to work out what happened and if needed, send a replacement out to you.

The original, damaged product will need to come back to us before we can send out another one.
